Antivirus enabling causes cti route points to unregister
We have mcafee 8.0 antivirus on CCM server installed. When we enable the antivirus, at the time of antivirus update all the CTI route points (QM, PG etc) get unregistered and agents also get logged out. What can we do so that after enabling the antivirus, this issue will not happen?
