Back on the PVDM and PVDM2 it was relatively easy do size a conference solutions using DSP. This days using the PVDM3 result are really very variable.
For example:
- one (1) session with 64 participants requires 1 PVDM3-16 (G711)
- two (2) sessions with 64 participants each requires 1 PVDM3-64 (G711)
Those results were obtained using the DSP calculator (it is buggy?). I know they are having bugs with the DSP calculator (i recently was involved in one of those bugs).
I know the architecture behind PVDM3 and the old ones is different but i am looking for any logic (or formula) for pre/post sales.
Also, results like don't make sense because if with 1 PVDM3-16 i can create 1 session of 64 participants, why with 2 PVDM3-16 i can not create two session of 64 participants each?
