The only way to keep it from appearing is by not using the external phone mask under the DN page. Keep in mind, if you do not use this, the caller ID will not be displayed outbound to the PSTN. The only way to fix this is use a Translation pattern to prfix the DN with the correct digit to display to PSTN or create a separate CSS/Partition and Route Patterns and do it in the Route Pattern configuration page. The only the problem with this is that it creates a Admin NightMare.
