ARP Problem CUCM 8.0

Hi all,

I have a big problem on my network.

An engenieer had make a mistake For gateway ( failover : both gateway are up "ASA"). After that we shutdown One ASA, My Call Manager cannot bring up the network eth0. and the System dosent accept to set a static ipp address ( message already used on network).

I m sure that is ARP problem. Please would someone help to resolve that ?

You want to make sure your default gateway is reachable and the CUCM address is not duplicated anywhere else. This is both tested via ARP by the CUCM server when restarting the networking service.
