ART Reports Problem

I am having a problem where my ART reports always have no data in them. If I go through the CDR Analysis and Reporting Tool and run a CDR search by user/Extension for a certain time period, I can retrieve valid CDR data. However, if I run a report for the same time period, my report comes up, but it always shows no data. The user is correctly associated with the extension through the Global Directory. I'm trying to set this up so a user (manager) can run reports on his department, but with no data these reports are obviously useless.

This is CCM 4.1.3 with what ever ART pluging comes with tat version of CCM.

Thanks for any help in getting this working.

Check If these users have made calls and the same has been logged in the CDRs for the selected time range
