We?ve tried connecting in Cisco CME using TAPI, and Cisco Unified E TSP Setup Wizard has been used for the connecting, both Call Control for IP Phone Mode and Softphone Application with Media Mode for connecting.
In Call control for IP Phone Mode, PC Device ID / MAC-Address has been designated for setting at Account Information Step. And, In Call Control for Softphone Application with Media mode, Phone User Name and IP Phone (Verify) Password have been designated for setting.
But we have only one of Phone Device Information since these two Modes force us to choose only one Device,
