Hi Brad,
I get the nightly error "The periodic task com.cisco.unity.UmssSysAgentTasks.MonitorSystemMailboxesTask generated either an error or warning alert", from syslog. That error message also has the URL of where I can view the error.
I know that there is an undeliverable messages mailbox in unity, however I can't delete the files from there. I've also heard that there is a way to purge undeliverable message from the system?
Thanks in advance for your assistance with what is probably a simple fix.
