i want to create a single dial peer that will include all these extensions

Yours works fine, if you want You can even narrow down 3rd digit

32[0-2][1-7]

well it has to match four digit but i just realized that

it wont grab the 3210

32[0-9]1[0-7]

obviously, you are capturing more than what you list. if that is OK....then you are good.
