I am having issue with Avaya phone:
All the phones are in vlan 7 when i am connecting a pc to vlan 7 and pinging the avaya phone no drop.
but when i am pinging the avaya phone from the switch L2 and L3 there is a drop any idea why ?

Why i post it here is because only my phones are AVAYA but all my network devices are cisco and i am not sure if this due to AVAYA or Cisco.
All i need is some suggestion .
I did not expect this kind of reply from CCIE.
Please post your switch configuration. Is the switch providing L3 or do you have a router? What is the switch model?
