ATA 186, 188

I have 3 ATAs that will not even connect to the network.  They came from other locations and I do not know how to get into them to change IP address, etc.  The red light is flashing but I am not getting any link lights.

If you do not know what settings are on the ATA's your best bet is probably to use the built in IVRto change/test the IP settings.

I tried that but I don't get dial tone.  All I can hear is clicking.
