Dear Experts,
I have ATA 186 which was working fine before I change its IP manually - after I changed my network switches from Cisco to Juniper - because it did not get its VLAN ID automatically.
Now, I can send to internal extenstions only and cannot sent outside my company
I tried call my mobile number from the fax number and it worked fine
When I try to send outside, I get the error "NG 00B5" and few times "0050"
I think I should change some configuration either in the ATA itself or may be in the CallManager
Any Help will be very appreciated...
