ATA-186 Line 2??

Hi all,

I'm trying to assign a second DN to a ATA186. Line 1 is assigned to number 123456 (conencted to a analogue phone), line 2 needs to be 123789 (connected to a analogue fax).

I can get line 1 without any issues, but I'm having difficulty with Line 2. I've tried to modify the templates, using BAT etc but cant get a second line.

Any ideas??

You will need to register the 2port of the ATA by modifying the mac address on CCM. Strip the first 2 digits of the ata's mac and append a 01.

For example, if MAC address for the ATA is 001122334455 the mac address you enter in callmanager for the port 2 is 112233445501
