ATA 186 problem with outgoing calls

I have an ATA 186 running on SCCP connected to a CME (2801 router),

I've connected two analog phones on the two FXS ports on my ATA.

My problem here is that when i make an outgoing call on

one of the two phones connected to the ATA, the other phone that

is not in use wouldn't have a dialtone. However when I call the phone

without a dial tone, it rings.

can you give your CME configuration with show ip telephony output.
