Hi ... I have recently deployed a number of ATA 186's and all appear to be working fine, except the speed dials. They have been configured on CM. But when you key * 1, you just get "the number you have dialled has not been recognised". All other "pre-call" functions (call forward etc.) work fine. We are running CM 4.1(3)
Is the number which has problem in routing for international or national calls? Check if the number is put in the rihgt calling search space and partition.you dial an unrecognised number on Call Manager you will get a reorder tone.Somehow your call is still getting to the gateway.
