ATA 187 Communication

Dears,

I am facing issues with  ATA 187,But i am not sure the problem is from ATA or FAX machine, whenever if in bulk  20 faxes arrived on the ATA the fax machines print half of the page for some of the  20 documents.

As i told the customer that this is the issue with machine and not in ATA, the customer send the machine for service and after service still the problem persist,

Anybody can help me with where the issues lies in ATA or setting should be done on fax machine itself.

Hi,

try to upgrade the firmware.

capture the traffic and send 20 faxes together and check the behavior.
