ATA 187 dtmf to IVR

HI i'm  running Callmanager B.E. 8.6 version, i have a PBX's IVR conected trough a Cisco ATA 187. In can call the pbx ivr extension but i can not select any options; IVR ignores dtmf.

This is the call flow:

PSTN T1 CAS>>>H.323 GATEWAY>>CALLMANAGER>>UNITY CONNECTION CALL HANDLER>>ATA 187 (REGISTERED OVER THE WAN))>>>PBX'S IVR.

Hi,

I think you are hitting the CSCto86193 and CSCtq74709  bug, so may you can try to upgrade the firmware of ATA187 to 9.2.3.
