I am not a hundred percent sure, but try connecting a phone to the ATA 187 port 1, and press the Setup button. This should start up an IVR on the ata. Default pin is 24726. This should take you to a menu where you can configure larger settings on the ata.

No separate option for deleting ITL/CTL files, You will to use factory reset, but ensure you have all the configuration pre-hand, such as ip, VLAN ,tftp etc

Where is the setup button in the analog phone.(port 1 is the fxs port).

The setup button is on the ata, not on the analog phone.
You will have to go off-hook on the first line of the ata and then press the setup button on the ata 187.

It's the right most LED on the front of your ATA
