How do I factory reset a ATA 187? I have manually added it to CUCM and it comes up as Unknown. What is the deal with these things. This is the third client that I have worked for that has issues with ATA devices... Never with the 186 models.

Thanks George - I was able to reset the ATA 187 to factorty using your instructions.
The ATA is still coming up as UKnown in CUCM. I have ATA 186 that are registered but cant get the 187s.
Any suggestions?

George - thanks for you help. After doing another factory reset, and deleting from CUCM and recreating, the ATA registered. I hate things things. Hopefully the 188s work better.
