Use the PreDot DDI at the route list level.

Hope this helps.

Already I have apply predot, when call going out it removing the unwanted digit, but when the fax give transmission output, it give all the dialed number, including the four digt.

123400xxxxxxxxxxx

COuld please let me know how to avoid discard the four digit in fax report also

Did you apply PreDot at the route pattern or route list level? Be sure to apply it at the route list if you do not want the digits before the . to show up in the CDR.
