ATA Issue - Dialing out

Hello All,

I am facing this weird problem from ATA. We have 3 ATA registered with CCM 4.1.3, out of which 2 have Fax machine and 1 has postage meter. Fax machine ATAs are working great, no problems at all. Postage Meter ATA is having problems dialing out. I connected a FAX machine and that too is not able to dialout. After we dial the numbers at the end we get a dial-tone.

I used a DNA to check if there is a problem partition or CSS, but i was able to see the analyzer report which was ok.

ATA registers fine with Call Manager, all the settings are fine according to me.

Has anyone faced this problem?

Could you explain what is the signaling protocol used by the ATA? Please forward a topology diagram and if the ATA is registered to a CCM, please forward a detail trace from the CCM server that the ATA is registered.
