ATA unknown issue.

Hello all,

I have a problem that i cant find any solution for it, we have an ATA connected with Fax machin, it works fine until one day we cant send any fax and the ATA's LED is off we check the power, we find that all power connection is fine. We replace that ATA and get a new one, the problem occure again- work properly then we cant use it,!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Ahmed,

++     After you replaced the ATA, did it work for sometime?

++     Did you try to hook up an analog phone to it to see if you get dialtone?

++     What protocol are you running on it? H323, SIP, MGCP or SCCP?

++     Is it registered to a Call Manager?

++     Is it not getting power? If not, did you replace the power adapter as well or try it in a different socket in the wall?
