ATA187 not recieving DTMF tones from another ATA187

Hi everyone,

thanks in advance for any help with my issue.

I have two ATA187's on call manager system version: 7.1.5.33050-1 that do not  pass DTMF tones to each other.

Here's the scenario-

When ATA 1 dials ATA 2 the call is connected ok, but when I press any number on the analog phone keypad from ATA 1 the dtmf tones being heard on ATA 2 are garbled- and vice versa.

Any ideas?

As this DTMF isssue is between 2 ATAs, I'd first ensure that they are running on latest firmware. Are they ?

How about the analog phone connected to ATA makes a PSTN call, are the DTMF tones sent from the analog phones recognized ( by any IVR etc ) ?
