Attendant Console Alternatives

Hi All, currently we are on CUCM 8.5 and sadly purchased the AC packaged under ARC.  This has been very disappointing for our users to utilize. Looking for some feedback and alternatives that have been implemented.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks...I found some options I was looking for based on that.  I had already reviewed a few of them listed so it at least told me I was on the right path.
