In order to view the active line state via AC you have to apply application dial rules, which strips off first 6 digits from 10 digit DN and uses remaining 4-digit DN for status, but if you try to dial an extension from AC to another site, then as per applied dial rule it tries to dial 4-digits instead of 10 and fails. This is happening just because of overlapping digits in your dial plan.
