Attendant console application does not work.

Hello,

We have changed the computer on which the AC application was installed and now it does not work at all. The application does not initialize!

Anyone come across similar problem?

We had updated the CCM version and it is currently running on 7.1.3. But the AC is still 6.1 the old version. Does it make a difference?

Hi James,

As this is an upgrade, if the pluggin is the same as the previous one that you were using it should work..

From which version to which version have you upgraded?

So when you launch the AC pluggin do you get an error?

Please post the screen shot of the error message.

The CUCM plugin that is compatible with each version is the one that is available from the plugins page.

You need to use the AC that is available from the 7.1(3) CCMAdmin.

Also make sure the AC services are running.
