WHen a AC queue is set up for broadcast, and calls come in, they are queued and show up in the broadcast calls window. The only alert the attendant gets now is an audible alert on the PC. Is there a way to get an audible alert on the phone ?
I did not like the default audible alert wave files that come with AC. You could get some customized wave files and a good set of speakers on the Attendants PC and rename it with the same name as the default wave file names used by Attendant Console. This looks like the only solution for now.
