Attendant Console does not list all users

Hi,

I have an issue with Attendant Console. The application does not list all of the users. This is for CUCM 5.1 implementation with Windows 2000 AD integration (muliple domains). Please could you tell me what I need to do so that it lists all of the users in one of the domains.

Thanks

Re: Attendant Console does not list all users

The users won't be listed if their AD account does not include an extension.

Have you verified the users information is correct in AD?

Re: Attendant Console does not list all users

Hi,

Problem was down to detils missing from some of the users AD accounts. This has been rectified. Problem resolved.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Re: Attendant Console does not list all users

Hi,

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Some of the user AD accounts were missing extension numbers. Also some of the users were not covered by the original LDAP search base. This has been rectified.

Thanks again
