Attendant Console Hunt Groups

Hi all

Our implementations team are about to try to roll out a large number of auto-attendant style hunt groups on CCm 3.3

If I remember my training correctly, you cannot have more than 10 hunt groups of this type. I need to convince them to rethink this approach, but cannot find a Cisco document that confirms this.

Does anyone have a link/bookmark??

There was a bug in CCM 3.3 that says that you cannot add more than 10 lines to AC, I know that this defect has been fixed in CCM 4.X and above but I do not have the bug ID handy.
