Attendant console operator behavior

Hi,

I have to configure the telephony system (attendant-cucm) for a call coming from inside or outside to the attendant number 4303 (extension 8500) get a message even the operator is logged in, during working hours and doesn't use emergency fonction.

For that I try to create a DN 8550 with forward all to voice mail, a call handler on unity and a direct routing rule for this number 8550 to this call handler

and finally put this DN 8550 on the option "forward no response" on the attendant DN 4303.

From a phone when I call the 8550 i had the message but i call the 4303 these's no forward to the voicemail.

Have you any idea ? Is this the good way to use for this behavior ?
