Attendant console Parked Call Display

Hi,

Attendant console is setup with CCM version 4.1(3)SR3C.

The customer is able to park the call through AC GUI or associated phone ,but the park slot is not diaplayed in the Call Park Window of the AC GUI (It is displayed on the associated phone) .

Make sure AC is configured properly,

Using Pilot Points and Hunt Groups, not Line Groups, TCD should have control over the call via Pilot Point otherwise call wont be displayed.
