Attendant Console - Phone status not showing

Hello All,

I have an cisco Business Attendant console 8.6.2.11 tied to call manager 8.6.2

When the operator logs into the client software all the phones in the directory have a red X across them.

The analog phones and older model phones (7912/11/41) show correct status.

The phone types are 7965/7945

Are these not supported?

Phone status of contact shows out of service

An extension displays out-of-service status regardless of the actual status of the phone
