In CUCM7.1 are there any canned reports for the attendant console? If not, can someone recommend a good third party application that will allow you to retrieve call statistics and other info such as number of calls coming through the atdc, how many rings happen before a call is picked up, when users log off the atdc application.
I know the IPCC is a servcer that can handle that but we don't want to spend the money on an extra server just to get stats/reports. I was hoping someone else has used one with CUCM 7.1.3.
Your only option will be the CDR reports for those directory numbers. There is a way to calculate ring time from the raw data but this is not displayed in the CAR interface that comes with UCM. You can evaluate general third-party call accounting products - such as ISI - to see if any of them offer this. I doubt there are third-party products that target the legacy attendant console since it has now reached end of life.
