I have had this happen twice now. I am running CUCM Business Edition 6.1.2 and I have had the Cisco Attendant Console service quit working on me. The service itself stays running, but the Attendant Console client cannot connect and my Attendant Console hunt pilot stops working (forwards directly to VM instead of the hunt group).
Both times, restarting the service has resolved the issue, but I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else?
