I have a problem with AC. My customer receptionist logged onto the application this morning and found all her speed dials/user groups missing. Has anyone had this issue before?

Are you using DC or AD ?
So in case the speed dial is lost from the client side for whatever the reason, the steps I mentioned above is the workaround you can
grab a copy of the speeddial config from the DCD where those speed-dial config is stored in server side. Now if your end user already
manually reconfigure her speed-dial again, then the new updates should have already get updated to the server side as well so you do
not need to use my suggestion anymore. If, however, the same issue happened either to the same user or other users, and they do not want
to set it up manually, then can use the instruction I provided.
Regarding how speed-dial got disappeared, I do not have an answer at
this moment ^_^.

the link you sent me says that the TAC case number was an invalid number. Can you have a look again please
