Going from CallManager 4.1(3) to 6.1(4) we have Attendant Console previously deployed. When running the Attendant Console 6.1(4) setup .exe will any settings the user previously configured be preserved? Such as the user setup some Speed Dials in Attendant Console, etc.
it should stay. It's a simply inplace upgrade on the existing desktop running AC.
The DMA *now* does a much better job of keeping everything intact when you upgrade from 4.x to 6x.
