attendant console user showing unknown status !!!

hi all,

im trying to configure Auto Attendant Console user on CCM 7.1(2) Cluster, but my Pilot Point is not getting registered with CCM & showing UNKNOWN.

CTI  & Attendant Console Service is running on publisher & Attendant Console Service on Subscriber only. I have tried by restarting CTI & Atendant Console Service on both servers but not working !!!

Can any one suggest some solution !!!

Try to restart the Cisco Call Dispatcher service, if it doesn't help you need to restart the CallManager service.
