Our "main" AC is at the home office and correctly displays the status of all of that offices users. Unfortunately it only shows a question mark for the users in the other two offices. I don't believe this has ever worked properly.
Does anyone have any ideas on where to start with this one?

Thanks for the reposnse, Rob. Can you clear it up a litle futher? The other offices are connected over WAN via point to point links. They are in different Locations, Regions, Device Pools, etc. but other than that they register with the same CM, etc. The AC can see them, forward calls to them, etc. but not see the status.
