within the same cluster is it possible to have multiple attendant console setups. For example you have attendant console setup for each branch office in different time zones and different main line office numbers. Also is there a license limit on the attendant consoles? Using 1.4(1ES5) console version, 1.4.(1ES11) server version

Hi,
Yes you can, You can setup different Pilot Point numbers for each Location, and regarding the TimeZone you may use Time of Day routing or when configuring the Hunt Group, configure Users instead of DNs as members, this will force that AC must be login in order to recieve calls.
There?s no license limit, these are AC SW limits:
? Up to 5000 total hunt-group members divided in as many as 500 hunt groups (pilot numbers) per Cisco Unified CallManager cluster
? Four hunting algorithms: Longest Idle, First Available, Circular, and Broadcast
? Ability to queue up to 32 calls (on hold) to a pilot point
? As many call loops per attendant console as lines configured on the controlled IP phone device-Any loop can be assignable as a hunt-group member
? Five hundred Cisco Unified CallManager Attendant Consoles per cluster
? Busy hour call attempts (BHCAs) of 57 per attendant

since there is no license limit I am guessing that there is no license cost since this a plugin and is already part of the ccm package?
