The version of Cisco attendant console is 1.5 (1ES1)
The version of Call Manger is 4.5
One of the attendent console screen will keep popping up every time there is a call - this used to reside in the icon tray but will now pop up every time there is a call.
There is no loss of service and all systems are working fine. but with this popping up is causing disatisfaction for the user.
I have been thru all the options and cannot find the option to turn this off. I am sure this is just a tick box somewhere!
Any ideas anyone?

Hi Nick,
I was just working on this with one of my friends here :)Have you tried to use this method to enable / disable "Pop to Top" on AC
Note: To toggle the pop-to-top feature on and off, press Alt + P.
From this doc;
There is also another method listed nicely by Met (with screenshot) here;
