Does anyone know what audio codecs the Cisco IP Phone 7940 and the Cisco ATA 186 Analog Telephone Adapter supports?

Cisco IP Phones only supported the following codecs:

- Wideband

- G722

- G711 (both alaw and ulaw)

- G729
