Audio delay at the beginning of a call

Hi,

We have a centralized callprocessing infrastructur with a lot of branch offices, the branches have their one voicgateways to the PSTN. In only one of the branch offices we have a problem. When a call was built up the audio has a delay of 2-3 seconds. Not every call is affected. It`s no difference between internal or externel calls. QoS is implemented on the whole network and it seem`s to be working ok.

I have a customer with a similar issue like this. I am interested to know if you ever found the resolution? My issue is a 3-5 second audio delay from a 2801 voice gateway from a T1 CAS circuit. When a call is placed into the branch site the caller can hear the audio but the called party encounters the delay. The issue only happens on inbound calls from the PSTN.
