the same as with previous version a CRS option is provided to install on a separate server to provide this

CUCM itself is just a call processing agent

what about unity connection 7.0 ?

yes, you can use Unity or CUC as AA

do you have a document that show how to configure ?

I have installed the callmanger Business Edition 7.0( Call manager 7.0 and unity connection 7.0 already not in production)
