Auto-attendant configuration for CUCM 8.5 and Unity Connection 8.5
Im tryng to configure an auttomated attendant (auto-attendant) for a CUCM 8.5 and Unity Connection 8.5 but have not had any success in finding the step-by-step configuration guide (as the one for the integration of the Unity Connection into various phone systems). There are vague guides in the CUCM Administration guide, but nothing concrete. If someone can guide me through I will appreciate. Also, which is the elegant way to configure the AA? AA pilot like the Voicemail or a CTI Route Point with a DN as the AA? Thanks in advanced guys!
