In the express:
The script of the Auto Attendant need to be done where? On the CME or Unity or Voice Gateway?
Any example about this scripting?

Hi friend, you need to configure the AA in the Cisco Unity Express, you can use the system script or create a custom one. Check these good links.

It depends on what you need,
For example, call queuing need to be done on the router with B-ACD/AA script.

What is the B-ACD? And how can I know if my voice gateway supporting it? Do u mean by the router is the voice gateway of the CME it self?

Enter B-ACD/AA in the CCO search box, and learn about it.

the bellow link is a configuration example of BACD with CUE
this example will give you more than enough back ground to understand how they work together then you need to change it to whatever you want to meet your system requirement
