Auto attendant for voice hunt group

Hello experts,

I have a 2821 router with  12.4(22)YB1 / CME 7.1 along with CUE Voicemail US English (English language pack) 7.0.1.0.

I have this working setup, wherein I have configured a voice hunt group with parallel ring. Now I have been asked to announce office hour timings if someone calls the pilot number 4848 after office hours (during the weekend).

voice hunt-group 1 parallel
final 6774
list 6783,6785,6775,6776,6777,6778,6779,6780,6781,6782,6784,6786
timeout 60000
pilot 4848

I have already configured a business schedule and ccn application, now I am not sure how to associate the ccn application to the voice hunt group to achieve the goal.

calendar biz-schedule workhours
open day 1 from 17:00 to 24:00
open day 2 from 00:00 to 24:00
open day 3 from 00:00 to 24:00
open day 4 from 00:00 to 24:00
open day 5 from 00:00 to 24:00
open day 6 from 00:00 to 20:00
closed day 7 from 00:00 to 24:00
end schedule

ccn application ms aa
description "ms"
enabled
maxsessions 8
script "aasimple.aef"
parameter "BusinessClosedPrompt" "AABusinessClosed.wav"
parameter "BusinessOpenPrompt" "AABusinessOpen.wav"
parameter "allowExternalTransfers" "false"
parameter "MaxRetry" "3"
parameter "BusinessSchedule" "workhours"
parameter "HolidayPrompt" "AAHolidayPrompt.wav"
parameter "WelcomePrompt" "AAWelcome.wav"
parameter "PlayExtensionsPrompt" "AASPlayExtensions.wav"
end application

Please advise.

Thanks and regards,

Jason

Re: Auto attendant for voice hunt group

You can use my "Universal AA" script from http://ciscoscripts.com.

It will allow you to easily define menu options, annoucements, customized open and closed behavoirs, without programming new .AEF scripts, that is a time consuming and error-prone task.

Hi, Thanks for replying, I could not find anything useful in the link that you provided. It will be helpful if you can guide me in configuring AA for the voice hunt group. Thank you.
