Auto attendant

I have a problem with the auto attendant of my UC 520.

I have configured with the cisco configuration assistant.

Now when a call comes it reaches the autoattendant,and the prompt is played, but the caller is not able to transfer the call to any extensions by dialling the extension number. The prompt continues to play.

In the CCA autoattendant, the script i have used is ' aa_sbcs_v02.aef ' and I have checked the 'dial by number anytime' in the autoattendant window .

kindly help me with a solution.

Do you have dtmf-relay sip-notify configured under AA dial-peer ?
