auto-attentand - cannot hear other party

Hi,

I am trying to configure auto-attendant for our company, but I have problem with estabilishing connections between CUE and CCME. In script, I have got menu "press 0 for operator", its connects me to the operator but we cannot hear :-(

Voicemail is working OK.

Here is part of my config on CCME:

dial-peer voice 1 voip

destination-pattern 2...

session protocol sipv2

session target ipv4:10.48.4.2

dtmf-relay sip-notify

codec g711ulaw

no vad

!

any ideas?

Regards

Slawek

Re: auto-attentand - cannot hear other party

So instead of hearing hte prompt, it immediately goes to the operator? Can you hear voicemail prompts? If so, maybe something is wrong with the prompt itself? You could do a 'debug ccsip message' on the CME to see if the call is being answered by CUE.

The prompts need to be G711u-law, 8-bit mono.

Re: auto-attentand - cannot hear other party

Hi,

I can hear prompts and voicemail correctly.

I hear prompts, when I press "0", it connects to the correct number (opeartor receives phone - but cannot hear anything - the same is on my phone from which I dial tha auto-attendant number - I cannot hear anything),

regards

Slawek
