Automated CDR Reports

Hi,

We have 7.1.3 30000-1 CUCM, from this we couldn't able to send the Call Reports to my Customer at Scheduled Time through Mail, it is not showing error also after failure, but at the same time we are able to send the reports through mail Manually.

Please suggest me how to send the Reports in Automated Mode.

Automated CDR Reports

Are you trying to schedule a CDR export or schedule an automatic report generation through CAR?

The CDR Analysis and Reporting Administration Guide has a chapter on the steps requried to make automatic report generation work. Have you verified that everything outlined there is in place?
