Automated message on all incoming calls

Does anyone know how I could achieve the following:

customer wishes to add an automated message to incoming calls saying ?Calls will be recorded for monitoring and training purposes??

This is all down to compliance, so if anything actually is recorded then that message must go out. This means that 60+ DDI?s plus the switchboard will have to have this automated message.

Is this something the Telco could deal with or maybe IPCC express?

Your best option would be IPCC, and run all calls through, the issue with it will be licencing as you will require a port license for each concurrent call.

Another option is Unity, where you would run all calls through Unity call handler that plays this message.
