Automatic transfer on H323 gateway?

I'm investigating if it is possible to automaticcaly retransfer an incoming call from the PSTN on a H323 gateway to an external number to the PSTN?

You may play qith voice translation rules to change incoming called number to an external number.

thanks, but is it possible to redirect an incoming call directly into an external call to the PSTN?

I like to use this as a backup option.
